The free Starter plan has no cost and no refund process.
Pro and Elite plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your Billing page. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
If you are dissatisfied with a paid plan within the first 7 days of your first payment (excluding trial periods), contact support@cryptolens.io to request a full refund of that payment. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued for: accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy; requests made more than 7 days after the charge; or repeat refund requests on the same account.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination. We encourage you to contact us first — we always try to resolve issues fairly.
