Permitted Uses

CryptoLens may be used to analyse publicly available cryptocurrency market data for personal educational and informational purposes.

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use CryptoLens to:

• Resell, redistribute, or white-label our signals or data to third parties without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the platform in bulk
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our scoring algorithms
• Use automated bots to query the Service beyond normal personal use
• Present CryptoLens signals as your own licensed financial advice to others
• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, attempt denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise harm the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
• Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age

Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
