• Subscription data: plan type, billing dates (card details held by payment processor only)
• Usage data: coins analysed, timeframes used, signals run — used to improve the Service
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, access logs

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To send transactional emails (password reset, subscription receipts)
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

We never collect exchange API keys, wallet addresses, private keys, or trading account balances. We have no access to your funds at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted processors necessary to operate the Service (payment processor, email provider, hosting provider), each bound by data processing agreements.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@cryptolens.io.

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All connections use TLS/HTTPS. We conduct regular security reviews. No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.
